Partner
Boaz Santiago is an entrepreneur, brand strategist, and partner at Artifact who helps companies build brands that can grow, scale, and exit. He started in the early internet economy with CateringHall.com, one of the first platforms for finding and booking event venues, and later led branding work that took EnergyWare and LuxSpeed through successful exits. He is also co-founder of neuromatch, where he applies that same thinking to hiring and talent verification, and co-founder of Volume.0 Studio, where he and Amy Cosper, editor in chief of *Success* magazine, incubate and pitch-train journalism and communications students. He also founded The Wild Canine, a Florida raw and natural dog-food company, and is managing director of Legally Remote, an elder-law and estate-planning firm.

Jasmine Tran
Partner
Jasmine Tran is a creative director, brand strategist, and partner at Artifact who helps organizations turn ideas into brands, stories, and experiences that connect with people. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and creative direction, finding the story at the heart of an idea and shaping how it comes to life with greater intention, meaning, and impact. She believes the strongest creative work begins with understanding people: what they care about, what moves them, and what makes an idea worth paying attention to. That perspective guides her approach to building brands that know what they stand for, stay rooted in the people behind them, and express an identity that is distinctly their own.

Bruce Floyd
Director of Media
Bruce Floyd is a media and AI strategist. He helps businesses and nonprofits use the technology in ways that hold up outside a demo: voice agents, chatbots, marketing automation, and a lot of translating the jargon for people who don’t live in it. Before this he spent a decade-plus as the digital voice of the Florida Gators, when the program ranked number one in the country for fan engagement and pulled in billions of impressions. He ran track for the Gators, has two UF degrees, and still lives in Gainesville.
