Artifact was asked to craft a digital strategy and create a dramatic and absorbing site for the most luxurious real estate development in Mexico.
We flew down to Cabo San Lucas to experience Espiritu Del Mar for ourselves. After five grueling days getting saturated in five star luxury we finally understood what it was all about and what we had to show the world! We returned to New York and started creating a digital strategy that would convey the atmosphere of Espiritu as well as the physical wonder of the location. We had to capture the spirit of the wonderful people who dedicate themselves to making Espiritu such an extraordinary place.
We returned to Cabo with a film crew and a remote control helicopter that shoots HD! We interviewed all the key players and filmed every square inch of Espiritu. We fired up the helicopter and flew sweeping passes over the stunning beaches and breathtaking villas that hug the beach and perch on the hillside.
Back in New York we pulled it all together to create a fully immersive site that uses multiple widescreen video clips to tell every aspect of the Espiritu Del Mar story.
